Welcome to my favorite page on this wonderful website. It’s inevitable that one of our amazing customers may end up having a issue with a product. The main thing is to find a solution to the problem.
Our supplier enforces strict quality control, so the best version of the product ends up in your lap, however the nature of humans they can make mistakes. If there is obvious printing errors, clothing stitches being in places they shouldn’t. Email us, we will get that replacement/refund over to you asap.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Refunds
We only accept refunds for defective items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at maxstephenson@tentacleloom.com
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded, if the product is defective. Its clearly a error on our part so you won’t lose a penny/cent/dime.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
